Stress
management
Too much stress in the working environment leads not only
to employee demotivation and poor results, but also absenteeism
resulting from a range of physical symptoms that can appear
unrelated.
It is expensive and is credited with being the source
of more than half of all absenteeism/sickness figures.
Facilitas offer a variety of courses on stress management:
- For employees, where the focus is on managing own
stress.
- for managers, in which the focus is on managing
stress in their teams.
My courses enable participants to:
- recognise the optimum level for stress individually
and in teams.
- to take responsibility for their own stress levels.
In my courses the emphasis is on 'doing' rather than
listening to give participants experiences to take back
with them and use in the workplace.
Courses on specific issues (eg SAD - Seasonal Affective
Disorder) are also offered.
